This evening tour combines three of the most compelling stops on the Lycian coastline into a single unforgettable journey. Begin at Olympos Beach, where the ruins of an ancient Lycian city emerge from the forest at the water's edge, half-reclaimed by vegetation and entirely unlike any archaeological site you have visited before. Swim in the sea below the ruins as the afternoon light fades, then board the jeeps and climb through the pine forest to Yanartaş, the Flaming Mountain. Here, natural methane gas seeping through the limestone has been burning continuously from the rocks for thousands of years, producing flames that need no fuel, no ignition and no maintenance.
