Is Rizzi Travel a licensed travel agency?

Yes. Rizzi Travel operates under Kemer Ergin Turizm Taşımacılık Gayrimenkul İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi and is fully licensed with TURSAB under registration ID 13414. You can verify our registration independently at tursab.org.tr/agency-search

Do I need to pay anything in advance?

No. Rizzi Travel does not collect any payments online. Our website is for information and reservations only. All payments are made on the day of your tour at the pickup location, either by cash or card, before departure.

Are your guides licensed?

Yes. All Rizzi Travel tours are led by licensed local guides with in-depth knowledge of the region, its history and its natural landmarks. Rizzi Travel is a fully licensed tour operator registered with TURSAB under registration ID 13414.

Are your transfer vehicles safe?

es. All Rizzi Travel vehicles are regularly maintained and meet the required safety standards. Our fleet consists of 15 vehicles and all drivers are fully licensed and experienced in the Antalya region.

Is insurance included on all tours?

Yes. Full insurance is included on every Rizzi Travel tour in accordance with Turkish regulations and our TURSAB licensing requirements.

How do I make a reservation?

Simply fill in the reservation form on the tour page with your full name, surname, pickup location, phone number and email address. We will check availability and send you a confirmation shortly after. If your chosen date is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You will receive a written confirmation by email after our team has verified availability. Please do not consider your reservation confirmed until you have received this confirmation from us.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are collected on the day of your tour at the pickup location before departure. We accept both cash and card payments. No online payment is required or collected at any stage of the reservation process.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time free of charge. Since no advance payment is collected, there is nothing to refund. Please contact us as early as possible so we can make your spot available to other guests.

Where will I be picked up?

We offer hotel pickup from all major hotels in Kemer, Antalya, Belek, Göynük, Boğazkent, Beldibi and surrounding areas. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after your reservation is processed. Please be ready at your hotel's main security gate 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

How are hotel pickup times arranged?

Pickup times depend on your hotel location and the tour schedule. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed after your reservation is processed, typically up to 12 hours before departure. Please be ready at your hotel's main security gate 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

What happens if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather?

Safety is our priority. If a tour needs to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or any other operational reason, we will notify you as early as possible and offer an alternative date. Since no advance payment is collected, no refund process is required.

What languages do your guides speak?

Our team speaks Turkish, English, Russian, Lithuanian and German. Please let us know your preferred language when making your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Are your tours suitable for children?

Many of our tours welcome guests of all ages. However, some tours have specific age restrictions for safety reasons. Please check the individual tour page for age and health requirements before making your reservation.

Do you offer photo and video services?

Some tours include a professional photo and video team on the day. This service is optional and is not included in the standard tour price. Please check the individual tour page for details or ask our team at the time of booking.

Do you offer private group tours?

Yes. Private group tours can be arranged for families, couples and corporate groups. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements and we will prepare a suitable itinerary for you.

Do you offer group or corporate arrangements?

Do you offer VIP transfers and corporate transportation?
